With more than 30 years of combined experience, Sugarwood Services is quickly growing to become one of the largest grounds and Facilities Management companies in North America.
When we think back to the very beginning, family is what drove us to build Sugarwood Services into a friendly and reliable team that others could count on for help when they needed it. As time went on, we outgrew equipment, trucks, supplies, and locations. Open through all of that evolution one thing that stayed constant was our people, and our commitment to building a safe and friendly culture around the quality that we deliver every single day to our clients. Our most valuable asset is our employees and it forever will be. Our success comes from our people, and we stand behind that principle with each new day.

Our pro-team will work in tandem with buyers, asset managers and property managers, to plan and execute a program to not only to increase efficiency, but to effectively lower maintenance costs, while improving building aesthetics inside and out. Our crews consistently surpass the highest industry and environmental quality standards. We only speak in the language of “exceeding expectations”.
We own and operate a massive fleet of trucks, trailers, painting rigs & sprayers, commercial lawn equipment, excavators, and other heavy equipment. Our teams have the fleet capability to respond to ice and snow in the north, and emergency debris removal in the south, on the same day, at the same time.
One of the most substantial features of our value proposition to our clients is that we self-perform our own services. Therefore, we will only service work that is within our coverage areas. While many large enterprises have moved towards the model of building large subcontractor networks, Sugarwood Services has moved in the opposite direction. We are certain that this level of commitment will set the bar very high in relation to the quality and consistency needed to propel our company forward into the future.
