For interiors, Sugarwood Services specialty paint teams protect the contents of your commercial building entirely, including all fixtures and points of entrance or exit. Installing thick and durable plastic sheeting and tape to keep them dust and paint free. Surfaces are cleaned to be completely dirt and dust free using air blowers, power washers, hand washing and using no-rinse cleaners. Peeling paint will be scraped and sanded to a smooth surface. Drywall is repaired as required, and we remove leaks and leak stains.
For exteriors, we will clean and prep, remove rust and surface corrosion, wash and clean the area to be painted and apply any sealers necessary prior to paint in order to lock out harmful moisture and dirt so that your exterior stays beautiful and looking new as it day it was painted.
We find the right, high-quality, long-lasting paint for the surfaces in your Pittsburgh commercial facility, carefully and efficiently applying coat after coat as needed. On the inside, ceilings and some upper walls may be sprayed. Any striping or lines in the painting design are carefully measured and applied for a clean professional finish.
We will apply new caulking and block-fill to cinder block built areas as needed. Primer is applied to the surface that is to be painted.
This is almost as important as the application process itself. Sugarwood will remove all preparation materials, including plastics and tape, and clean floors, handrails, and any other exposed surfaces.
